The Students' Council of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, is the apex student body of the institution. The Council was ideated and set into motion, in the year 2009, with the help of the Faculty and the Administration, under the guidance of the Director, Dr. Shashikala Gurpur. It serves as a liaison between the various departments, the students and their activities of the college. The Council contributes at every level of the institution's day-to-day functioning.
It comprises of a Cabinet headed by one President and three vice-presidents and other senior members who oversee the eight committees and their functioning. Each committee has a unique role and requires unique skills to be a part of. The Students' Council represents Symbiosis Law School, Pune's core values of holistic development of students and making the world one family, Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
